- Research Interest Statement: My research focuses on developing next-generation targeted protein degradation (TPD) platforms for cancer therapy by overcoming the limitations of current technologies, including PROTACs, AUTACs, SNIPERs, and molecular glues. By designing degraders that mimic endogenous protein degradation signals, I aim to establish novel strategies for the selective degradation of disease-associated proteins. My work combines medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, and molecular pharmacology to discover and optimize small-molecule therapeutics for cancer. My long-term research goal is to translate innovative protein degradation technologies into precision cancer therapeutics with improved efficacy and safety.
