- Research Interest Statement: My research interest is to develop cutting-edge tools and techniques for big data analysis in multi-omics that can be used in a broad range of biomedical applications, and investigate key genes and regulatory elements involved in cancer. The insights from my research will provide higher coverage and greater resolution of the dynamic nature of cancer cells throughout disease progression. It can also be used to track disease progression and improve the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
