- Research Interest Statement: As a Graduate Student in the lab of Dr. Michael Birrer, my research looks at pathways that lead to ovarian cancer recurrence and inadequate surgical outcomes in ovarian cancer. I hope to identify novel treatments for patients with chemotherapy resistant ovarian cancer and translate this into an effective clinical treatment to improve patient survival and progression-free timelines.
