Cancer Research Interest
- Disease Site Focus: No Specific Disease Site
- Research Focus Area: Informatics, Health Disparities, Treatment, Diagnosis/ Prognosis
- Type of Research: Population Sciences, Translational
- Research Keywords: Clinical Cancer Data Management, Cancer Data Integration, Artificial Intelligence for Cancer Research
- Research Interest Statement: My current cancer-related research focusses on semantic data integration for cancer clinical data in The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA). I have multiple years of experience using Artificial Intelligence methods to harmonize and integrated biomedical data, including cancer research data and drug administration data. I want to support the Cancer Center's mission harnessing innovative data management and data mining methodologies.
