Cancer Research Interest
- Research Interest Statement: I am a bioinformatician. I am interested in genomic epidemiology of antimicrobial resistance and microbiome-targeted intervention for cancer infection and cancer therapy. My research laboratory focuses on real-time genomic surveillance of antimicrobial resistance dealing with big data, EHR data, machine learning, visualization, and further multi-omics integration using Oxford Nanopore Technologies.
