Cancer Research Interest

• Research Interest Statement: I am a vascular biologist with interests in the dynamic interface of coagulation, inflammation, and cancer. I'm also the basic science module director for Hematology/Oncology delivered to medical students in the Spring of their first year. Specific to cancer, our lab focuses on circulating platelets and their ability to support tumor cell/platelet interactions that impact metastasis.
